Materials:
| • | Chairperson for the event |
| • | Funds available to pay for a State Teacher Test (PRAXIS, LAST, etc.) |
| • | Raffle tickets |
| • | Marketing materials |
How to:
| 1. | Choose who will chair this event. |
| 2. | Treasurer must check to make sure funds are available to offer. |
| 3. | Set date for raffle to begin and end. |
| 4. | Market raffle: flyers, Web site, newsletter, word of mouth, etc. |
| 5. | Sell tickets for $____ ($2—$3). |
| 6. | Draw the winners name and announce who won the day after the deadline. |
| 7. | When that person applies for their exam the chapter is responsible for the fee of that particular test, have them request the fees from the chapter. Until then, give them a written statement. |
| 8. | Request feedback from members about the project. |
