Materials needed:

•	Location
•	Gifts for graduates/student teachers
•	Decorations

How to:

•	Secure a location or pick a local restaurant.
•	Invite all members of the chapter to attend.
•	Send special invitations to all chapter members who are student teaching.
•	Create giveaways (mason jars with KDP stickers and filled with candy, teacher supply baskets, etc.)
•	Enjoy dinner and then recognize the student teachers.

Add a twist:

•	Give each student teacher information on remaining active in the chapter after graduation.
•	Officers or programming committee meet half-hour before the event to decorate the area.
