• Event location
• Panelists: 2-4 first-year teachers
• Guidelines and panelist bio sheets for panel and attendees
• Panelists’ contact list (give to attendees after event)

How to:
1. Contact a moderator.
2. Form guide questions.
3. Obtain 2–4 panelists.
4. Reserve a date and room for the event.
5. Market the event/send invitations.
6. Hold registration for the event.
7. Complete the event with moderator, panel, and Q/A.
8. Request feedback about the event.

Add a twist:
• Have refreshments or recognition banquet for the event.
• Videotape event for documentation of chapter history and Society media coverage.
