Multiple Sclerosis Walk

Materials:

• MS Walk route
• Pledge sheets and collection envelopes
• Good walking shoes!

How To:
1. Locate and contact a local walk for MS chapter. Consult www.nationalmssociety.org.
2. Encourage members to volunteer for the event via e-mail or during chapter meetings.
3. Seek donations from local citizens and businesses.
4. Complete the walk.

Add a Twist:
• Match donations from citizens and businesses.
• Not all service activities have to be education-related. Conduct walks or races for other causes such as breast cancer, ALS, AIDS, etc.
