Mail completed application with two (2) letters of support to Kappa Delta Pi Headquarters.  The application verifies that: 1.) the university meets the chartering qualifications, 2.) the counselor has been officially appointed by the administration, and 3.) the institution is committed to installing a chapter of Kappa Delta Pi.

*Mail the $200 (U.S. dollars) application fee to Kappa Delta Pi Headquarters. The one-time chartering fee covers initial materials for the chapter, the charter, and travel costs to send an Executive Council Member to the installation. Please contact us to request an invoice, if needed.

The chapter approval process generally takes up to four (4) weeks. Once the application and supporting documents are received at Headquarters, they are forwarded to the Executive Council for approval. All chapters receive a letter of decision by regular mail.
