Plan your next initiation.
With all of the excitement and positive energy generated with a new professional organization on campus and your promotion of the KDP chapter, many additional people will be interested in membership who may not have been able to join the charter group. This is the perfect time to plan recruitment and initiation to capitalize on this interest. All chapters must initiate new members at least once each year.
