| KDP provides the lunch, you provide the discussion. Pick up your lunch and meet with other Graduate Students during the Friday Networking Lunch. Share tips, challenges, and successes. Find potential co-authors and learn about new publishing opportunities. Join your peers in small groups of 8–10 to discuss topics or issues relevant to you. This is a unique opportunity to share and learn in an open environment because we provide the topics, but the content discussed will be decided by the participants. You are encouraged to use the Law of Two Feet—if you go to a group and it isn’t what you had hoped, get up and move to another group. |

| CONVO 2011 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS |
| KDP Educational Foundation has approved a small pool of funds exclusively for graduate student members to offset the cost of registration, travel, or accommodations to attend the 48th Biennial Convocation. Students will receive $500 each. Applications will be selected based on the following criteria: |
| • | Must be an active KDP member |
| • | Register(ed) to attend Convocation |
| • | Demonstrated financial need |
| • | Intended commitment to support the KDP Educational Foundation’s Graduate Student Convo Fund “to pay forward” to future deserving applicants. |
| Applications must be received by July 10, 2011. Applicants will be notified before July 15 in time to take advantage of the Convo early registration fee. Click here to apply online or print PDF and mail. |
