When you register, you may add these optional items: |
| • | Additional Closing Banquet tickets at $60 each. (Each full registration includes 1 banquet ticket.) |
| • | Reserve your spot for an $30 additional fee for one of the five Thursday morning Pre-Convo Clinics. |
| Member Pricing applies only to active members current on international membership dues. Lapsed members may renew their membership to receive the Member Rate. Membership must be current before completing Convocation registration. Members must maintain active membership through November 2011 to be eligible for the Member Rate. Student Rate applies only to full-time students. Counselor Rate applies only to current Counselors, Co-Counselors, and Associate Counselors who are identified as such in the Headquarters database. Saturday Professional Pass is available only to professional educators for Saturday only from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. This one-day pass includes the Laureate Panel, possibility of attending up to six hour-long workshop sessions, Idea Swap for PreK–12 Practitioners, and job fair. This pass does not include admission to the Closing Banquet, but a ticket to this event may be purchased for an additional $60. Those who register for this pass may check in no earlier than 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 5. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY |
| Registration cancellations must be submitted to KDP in writing by October 7, 2011, to receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Even those who registered with a purchase order are subject to this cancellation policy. Cancellations can be mailed to Kappa Delta Pi, Attn: Patti Bontempo, 3707 Woodview Trace, Indianapolis, IN 46268; faxed to Patti at 317.704.2324; or e-mailed to patti@kdp.org. Refunds will not be granted for requests received by phone or postmarked after October 7. |

| Convo registration does not include housing. You must make your hotel reservation directly with the JW Marriott. Note that KDP has arranged a special conference rate for attendees (a savings of more than $100), and your reservation includes one coupon (up to $10 value) for one meal in any restaurant in the hotel.
