The 2009–2010 Chapter Challenge |
The Goal: Raise $40,000 by May 1, 2010. |
The Challenge: Each chapter is challenged to raise at least $150 toward this goal—that means your chapter needs to raise a minimum of only $10 a month until the deadline to meet the challenge! |
Use of Funds: All funds raised will be placed in our unrestricted general scholarship fund and will be used for member scholarship and leadership opportunities, as well as provide resources for our chapters. Funds will be applied to the areas of greatest need as designated by the Foundation. |
The Rewards: |
| • | Chapters that raise $150 will be recognized in the KDP Annual Report and in the Kappa Delta Pi Record and will fulfill donation requirements for the ACE award application*. Every chapter member participating in a fund-raising event will receive a certificate of service**. |
| • | Chapters that raise $250 will receive the items mentioned above plus a KDP Party Pack*** from the KDP Store. |
| • | Chapters that raise $500 will receive the above plus a recognition plaque. |
| • | Chapters that raise $750 will receive the above plus a complimentary one-year membership to award to a chapter member. |
| • | Chapters that raise $1,000 or more will receive the above and recognition on the donor wall at KDP Headquarters. |
