Remember a Teacher There is that special teacher who influenced your life. Maybe she inspired you to become a teacher yourself. Maybe he encouraged you to push yourself to accomplish more than you thought yourself capable. Maybe that teacher opened a world of possibilities you didn’t know existed.  Like the ripple generated by a droplet hitting a larger pool of water, a teacher affects others. A teacher influences students to be better, and they impact others—fellow students . . . family . . . friends . . . strangers . . . and eventually their own children.  This is the time and the place to honor the memory of that teacher, or any individual who positively affected you.
