| We invite you to consider serving as a volunteer Facilitator for KDP’s premier leadership experience – the iLead Conference. |

What is the iLead Conference? |
| 1. | Review all advance mailings and training materials prior to arrival at the conference. Participate in the training session given two weeks before the scheduled conference date. |
| 2. | Adhere to the curriculum developed. |
| 3. | Keep in contact with the students from your small group at least two times in the 12 months following the iLead program. |
| 4. | Participate fully in the iLead program from beginning to end. Participate in all activities and meetings and make yourself available to participants during free time. Facilitators must agree to not conduct business (i.e., use of cell phones, email) during conference activities. |
| 5. | Facilitators who also are KDP chapter counselors must register at least one student from their chapter at one of the 2010—2011 iLead Conferences. |
| 6. | If facilitating outside your territory, consider serving in the future as an iLead Coordinator or Facilitator in your own territory. |
Serving as an iLead Facilitator is an excellent opportunity to build on your facilitation experience and to pass on your knowledge and experience to students and pre-service teachers. If you would like to be an iLead Facilitator, please complete an application and submit it no later than March 11, 2011. You may submit the form in one of the following ways: |
