Program: Babysitting Night
Level: Easy
Materials:
• Group of members
• Event location (gymnasiums are best)
• Playtime toys and supplies
• Snacks for the children who attend

How to:
1. Choose who will chair this event and be the moderator during the event.
2. Decide on date and time frame.
3. Book location and supplies. Example: Gymnasium with scooters, balls, jump ropes, books, and music availability.
4. Choose your audience: faculty children, local teacher children, etc. Advertise that your chapter will be offering free babysitting services.
5. Hold registration for the event.
6. The chairperson and committee for this event should arrive at least 1-1/2 hours before the event to set up and prepare snacks.
7. Complete the event.
8. Complete the event.

Add a twist:
• Create centers for the children to rotate through while they are present.
• Videotape event for documentation of chapter history and Society media coverage.
