Level: Easy
Materials:
• Membership
• Signs
• Trash barrels

How To:
1. Identify a date for the collection.
2. Publicize the event around campus and the town. Make sure the signs created have the purpose of the fund-raiser.
3. Chapter members to hold signs in a visible spot in town.
4. Collect cans/bottles in trash barrels on the date chosen.
5. Take the cans/bottles to a redemption center.

Add a Twist:
• This program only will work in locations where cans/bottles can be redeemed for cash.
• Work with the cafeteria on campus to have them collect cans/bottles that day.
