How to:
1. Secure a location on campus.
2. Use the Leadership Forum from Headquarters as a guide and for developing your own program.
3. Purchase personality inventories from Headquarters.
4. Conduct the event.
5. Report the results and responses to Headquarters.

Add a Twist:
• Send 1–2 members to a KDP-sponsored Leadership Forum the semester before hosting your own.
• Invite all organizations on campus to participate. Use chapter members as facilitators.
