Materials:

Moderator (usually an officer)
Event location
Education faculty member and/or local principal
At least 3 sample resumes for elementary, middle school, and high school positions

How to:
1. Choose who will chair this event and be the moderator during the event.
2. Contact a principal to attend to explain what catches his/her eye on a resume.
3. Contact an education professor to discuss “How to Put Together a Resume.”
4. Confirm panelist attendance and contact information.
5. Reserve a date and room for the event.
6. Market the event/send invitations.
7. Hold registration for the event.
8. Complete the event. End with a question and answer session.
9. Allow time for attendees to look through the sample resumes.
10. Ask for feedback about the event.

Add a twist:
Have refreshments after the event.
Videotape event for documentation of chapter history and Society media coverage.
