• Attendees were encouraged to wear their pajamas and bring blankets or pillows. The program was held at a local elementary school one evening.
• KDP members read books to groups of students. Parents were welcome to listen to the stories or mingle with other parents.
• Milk, cookies, and coffee were available.
• Every student was given at least one book to take home.
