Simply click on the link below to open the Initiate Press Release. Then, take a few minutes to personalize it with your name, your chapter, and your institution’s name. Then, download the completed release.

You can mail it yourself to your local newspapers/publications and organizations. Be sure to include your parents’ names, the name of your hometown, and the name of the high school from which you graduated. Newspapers appreciate having information on the local connection you have.

Or, if you prefer, e-mail the completed release and additional information to membership@kdp.org, and let us take care of sending it to the newspapers you designate. Be sure to let us know names and addresses of the publications to which you would like your release sent.
