Bylaws and Chapter Model Agreements
Last year, KDP implemented chapter models to provide a structure of support for chapters and to help them set their own goals. Now each biennium, chapters must submit a signed Chapter Model Agreement and a signed copy of the chapter's bylaws.
Note: Please wait until after Convo to send a signed copy of your chapter's bylaws in case the national bylaws change at Convo. So watch for bylaw changes, and then send your chapter's bylaws and Chapter Model Agreement no later than January 30, 2010.
You will find more information on Chapter Models and a Chapter Bylaws Template at KDP Online.
