Service Projects

As one of the KDP ideals, chapters are encouraged to incorporate service into their regular chapter programming. Members gain valuable experience by implementing pedagogy and interacting with students and the community. All of the ideas here are from either Semester Celebration reports or Program Award winning chapters.

The Rho Tau Chapter hosted a family-friendly concert and pajama party to provide a kid-friendly event that raised money for a local nonprofit.

A local park provided the backdrop for the Delta Psi Chapter’s elaborate literacy carnival, filled with reading games, for their community.

By providing fun activities and crafts, focused on respect and diversity, the Mu Iota Chapter helped to teach local children during a campus-wide event.
