KDP Global, our online community, connects you to a worldwide community of educators at all stages of their careers. Members can post a question, give advice, collaborate, discuss a topic, download resources, and more.
KDP has webinars on a wide variety of topics presented by experts from around the globe. Webinars can be attended live, or recordings can be downloaded to watch later. Discussion questions are available in many cases. Certificates of Attendance are available either way. Use your expertise to present a webinar!
The Power of Teacher Leaders: Their Roles, Influence, and Impact, edited by Nathan Bond, is written by leading educational researchers. Each chapter describes a different way teachers are leading. Original research, case studies, and programs in practice provide understanding of how teachers become leaders, their wide-ranging leadership roles, and the effects of teacher leadership on student academic success and school communities.

Publish or Present Internationally
Kappa Delta Pi publications reach educators at all levels of their careers—from preservice to classroom teachers, principals, faculty, administrators, and researchers. Share your experience, research, or insights with educators around the globe.
Convocations are opportunities to present a workshop or roundtable and network with or learn from colleagues from other areas of the world, as well as across the United States.

Host a Regional Networking and Professional Development Opportunity
Regional iLead Workshops (full-day interactive institutes) help participants apply their knowledge and experience to become teacher leaders and make a difference in the lives of their students, their school building, and the education profession overall.
ELL one-day workshops are designed to help teachers become more effective in their work with English language learners.
Culturally Responsive Teaching and Leading one-day conferences focus on multicultural topics including culturally responsive pedagogy, the role of privilege and bias, sexism and gender discrimination, and sexual minorities. Deepen your understanding of multicultural concepts and strategies, and learn to apply them in teaching.

Serve and Grow Professionally
  • Provide leadership to a KDP collegiate chapter by becoming a chapter Counselor.
  • Review scholarship, grant, or workshop submissions.
  • Review manuscripts for one of KDP’s publications.
  • Help plan or host a KDP conference or event.
  • Participate on a task force or an ad hoc committee.
