Once your Celebration of Teaching project is complete, submit the Celebration of Teaching Achievement Form. This form asks for basic information regarding the planning, development, and success of your chapter’s Celebration of Teaching project. This achievement form will be used to determine the Collegiate Celebration of Teaching Awards and to provide recognition to individual KDP members for their participation in our signature service initiative.
