Chapters are asked to submit information each year that helps KDP Headquarters track chapter operations, activities, and impact. More importantly, these reports help the Chapter Services team provide meaningful support customized to your chapter’s needs. Failure to submit reports may result in ineligibility for awards, withholding or delays in sending chapter rebates, delays in communication with chapter leaders, or disciplinary action. We appreciate your time given in completing these reports as well as your attention to meeting the provided deadlines.
