Daquesnye Angel Miller believes learning can change the way people see themselves, their work, and what they are capable of achieving.
“My passion lies in helping individuals grow, develop their strengths, and achieve their full potential,” she shares.
That belief guides her work as a doctoral student in Performance Improvement Leadership. Daquesnye is especially interested in workplace learning, leadership development, and helping employees perform at their best through effective coaching and support. For her, the most rewarding part is knowing that her work can help someone move forward.
Her experience with KDP has given her the chance to connect with educators and leaders who share that same commitment to growth.
“My Kappa Delta Pi community has strengthened my commitment to educational excellence and lifelong learning,” Daquesnye says. “Through KDP, I have connected with educators and leaders who share a passion for developing others and creating meaningful learning experiences.”
Those connections have introduced her to new ideas, helpful resources, and different ways of approaching teaching and leadership. KDP has also reminded her of the value of collaboration, service, and always looking for ways to improve.
Outside of her studies and professional work, Daquesnye enjoys spending time with family and serving through her church and community. She also enjoys reading, learning more about leadership, and exploring new technology that can improve workplace learning and performance.
She brings that same spirit of encouragement to Q’s Corner: Conversations for the Heart, where she shares messages of faith, hope, and inspiration.
Whether she is studying, serving, or creating content, Daquesnye remains focused on helping others grow. Her work reflects a simple belief: when people are supported, encouraged, and given the opportunity to learn, they can do more than they may have imagined.
