Dr. Coleman has taught and led in public schools for nearly 20 years. He started his career of service as a youth mentor and has served as a coach, teacher, and administrator. As a former principal who has interviewed hundreds of teacher candidates, he knows exactly what schools are looking for, and in this series, he shares it.
